After trading sweeps on Thursday and Friday, the US side claims the Presidents Cup!

After the conclusion of the Thursday matches at the Presidents Cup it looked like it was going to be a bit of a snooze fest. The US team won all five four-ball matches. However the International side bounced back in dramatic fashion as they swept the Friday foursomes matches, and some of those very handily.

Hideki and Sungjae Im beat Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele 7&6, Adam Scott and Taylor Pendrith beat Sahith Theegala and Collin Morikawa 5&4, and Corey Conners and Mackenzie Hughes beat Wyndham Clark and Tony Finau 6&5.

Things returned to what most expected on the weekend, with the US team claiming 6 of the 8 matches on Saturday to take an 11-7 lead into the singles matches. By the conclusion of the 6th match on Sunday, which had Keegan Bradley beating Si Woo Kim, the Presidents Cup had been decided.

Though it wasn’t the path most expected for them to take to get there United States team would end up winning 18.5 - 11.5 and

Congratulations to the US Team on their 10th consecutive Presidents Cup!

Angel Hidalgo claims his home countries open at the acciona Open de España!

An incredible first win on the DP World Tour by Angel Hidalgo at the Spanish Open! Hidalgo went wire-to-wire at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid this weekend! He becomes the 11th Spaniard to win the Spanish Open since it became part of the DP World Tour Schedule in 1972.

After rounds of 65-67-68 he entered the final round with a two stroke lead over fellow Spaniard Jon Rahm, and a 3 stroke lead over Spaniard David Puig. Hidalgo would continue his strong play but conditions were a bit tougher on Sunday and he posted a final round score of 70, which meant he would find himself in a playoff with the tournament favorite, Jon Rahm.

Rahm finished with birdies on the last two holes to close the gap The two would match birdies on the first playoff hole, a 452 yard par 4. The second time around, Hidalgo would sink a fantastic birdie putt to beat Rahm and claim the Spanish Open. A fantastic result at a fantastic event!

Congratulations to Angel Hidalgo on his incredible win at the Spanish Open!
